Your policy made easy

We are making policy management even easier. We recently did another update on our website to enhance our online abilities. This means that not only are you now able to satisfy all your insurance needs online but you can also tailor your dashboard to suit your preference and more, just read on.

The beginning

Not to worry about being a little lost at first – we’ve created a helpful guide to assist you on your policy management journey. Once you’re in, choose the policy you want to work on and you’re on your way. Should you later wish to look at one of your other policies; you can just change the selected policy. Operating your dashboard is also made easy for you with the quick link buttons at the top of the screen that help you move between tasks.

Change is in the air

No longer do you need to phone a call centre to make amendments to your insurance policy, though if you’d like to call in our agents are happy to assist you. Everything you need to add, remove or change on your policy you can now do at a time and place that is convenient to you. You’ll get an overview of all your insured items and an easy add/remove function for amendments. In a similar fashion, you’ll be able to make changes to the regular drivers covered under your car insurance policy.

Should you like to add products, such as Buildings Insurance, to your policy you can, as you know, complete a quote online. These quotes (as well as incomplete policy updates) will be saved on your dashboard and you can complete them at your convenience. Speaking of convenience, no longer do you have to submit claims during our office hours. With our new system, you can submit and track your claims and claim queries all online, anytime. Don’t worry if you forget to submit a form in order to complete your policy – our notification section, will alert you.

It’s in the details

Making sure that we’ve got your personal details captured correctly has never been this easy. Simply, go to the accounts section to view or update your details. We also created a payment section for you, so that you’ll know exactly what your premiums are, what your estimated Cash Back Bonus will be, as well as amend your banking details. Getting all the insurance documents you need, is now a walk in the park. All you need to do is, go to our documents section and choose the file you want to download. That’s it.
