This also includes cover for a call-out fee of up to one hour, should you lock your keys in the vehicle or if you get a flat tyre.[1] What’s more, we’ll even sort out emergency delivery of 10 litres of fuel (charged at cost for the policyholder’s account) if you run out of petrol. If you’re not sure who to call we can refer you to a trusted mechanic. A notification and message service is available for family or business if you’re stranded more than 100km away from home after a breakdown. We’ll provide you with courtesy transport (up to six persons), overnight hotel accommodation or even 24-hour car hire.
