2. Reporting your claim

You can do this by reporting your claim online or by contacting us during office hours. 

If you report your home contents claim online we will automatically be alerted to your claim and will be in touch with you as soon as possible during office hours to finalise your claim.

3. Here are some important facts you should know

  • Should your security be at risk, our emergency services is available 24/7/365 to assist and secure your property.
  • Stolen items need to be reported to the police within 48 hours and we may require the SAPS case number.
  • Some devices need to be blacklisted like mobile devices, you do this by contacting your network provider.  We may require your blacklist reference number.

4. Assessing your loss

We may appoint an assessor or service partner to assist us to determine the full extent of your home contents claim. They will contact you to make an appointment shortly after we have been in touch with you.
