Makro - Terms and Conditions

• This electronic gift card must be used in conjunction with a Makro access card
• Should you not utilise the full value of your electronic gift card on your first purchase, a physical gift card will be issued with the balance valid for 36 months from date of issue
• Should the electronic gift card be deleted or the customer email or cellphone be lost/ stolen with the electronic gift card, neither Makro nor its agents will be liable for any reimbursement of any nature
• The electronic gift card can be redeemed at all Makro SA stores and cannot be exchanged for cash
• For a balance enquiry please visit your nearest Makro store where a cashier will assist in you in making your balance enquiry through the till
• The usage of the electronic gift card is solely at the risk and discretion of the customer
• Makro will not be held responsible for any operator’s delay in forwarding an electronic gift card to the customer
• Electronic gift cards will only be accepted if a valid electronic gift card number in SMS or email format is presented to the cashier
