Your emergency assist services are a phone call away and will assist 24/7/365 with your emergency needs.
2. Report your claim
You can do this by reporting your claim online or by contacting us during office hours.
If you report your buildings claim online we will be alerted of your claim and will be in touch during office hours to finalise your claim.
3. Assessing your damages
We will appoint an assessor to assist us to determine the full extent of your building claim. The assessor will contact you to make an appointment shortly after we have been in touch with you.
