1. Phone your Dialdirect Emergency Assist line
Your emergency assist services are a phone call away and will assist 24/7/365 with your emergency needs.
2. Report your claim
You can do this by reporting your claim on the Dialdirect App or by contacting us during office hours.
If you report your buildings claim via the Dialdirect App we will be automatically alerted to your claim and will be in touch with you as soon as possible during office hours to finalise your claim.
3. Assessing your damages
We will appoint an assessor to assist us to determine the full extent of your building claim. The assessor will contact you to make an appointment shortly after we have been in touch with you.
