Depending on which hire car preference you chose, he will create an electronic car hire voucher for you, and send it to our rental partner. They in turn will call you and arrange for you to either fetch the hire car or have it delivered to you. If your car is drivable, the consultant will arrange for a hire car to be available for you when yours goes in for repairs.
