- No employee of Dial Direct Insurance Company Ltd and/or any of its affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by Dial Direct Insurance Company Ltd
- By electing to receive future competition or promotional news, you agree to receive communication from Upstream Advertising and its associated brands. Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable
- By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by Dial Direct Insurance Company Ltd, participants further agree to be bound by our internet terms and conditions which are set out on this web page
- The winner agrees to co-operate with Dial Direct Insurance Company Limited in participating in any public relations exposure
- The competition is only open to South African citizens and proof of citizenship will need to be presented by way of either a valid South African identity document or valid driver’s licence
- Winners will have to verify identities, in person, by presenting a valid South African identity document or valid driver’s license
- No persons under the age of 18 years of age may enter
- This competition closes on the 7 February 2011
- Winners will be selected from all entries via a random draw.
- Should the winner be unreachable, the prize will be transferred to a runner up
- The draw will take place within 2days of the end of the competition
- The winner will be contacted telephonically and announced on www.dialdirect.co.za
- Travel and accommodation shall be for the winners’ own expense
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor
